BLACKFOOT — The four former Blackfoot athletes facing charges relating to hazing incidents last year have been served.
The four adults and an unidentified juvenile were identified after the Blackfoot Police Department in cooperation with the administration and staff at Blackfoot High School began an investigation in September after students came forward to report incidences of harassment, intimidation and bullying. The investigation is ongoing.
Aline M. Pinkerton, 96, of Idaho Falls passed away Friday, Dec. 3, 2010,
at the Life Care Center in Idaho Falls.Â
Aline was born April 16, 1914 in Leechburg, Penn., to Roy Clarence Riggle and Annie Laurie Cottingham. She attended school in Tarentum, Penn,, graduating from Tarentum High School in 1933.
On July 30, 1935, Aline married Dwight Pinkerton in Tarentum. Together they had three sons, Roy, Lee and Richard.
