BLACKFOOT â€“Â Tommy Vaughns Grill officially opens their doors today at 11 a.m. Located across from Jensen Grove the newest restaurant to Blackfoot offers a little something for everyone.
If you're looking for a great place to watch a game -- there are 18 bigscreen TV's throughout the restaurant, or if you want a nice place to enjoy a great meal they also offer that.
General Manager Tyler Rupe says I think people whether they are 1 or 80 will enjoy the atmosphere and have a great time.
Tyler entered this joint restaurant venture with his father, Kevin Rupe who also owns Rupes Burgers.
BLACKFOOT â€” The Bingham County United Way kickoff is from 5â€”7 p.m. Wednesday in the Southeastern Idaho Community Action Agency (SEICCA), 1010 W. Bridge St., Blackfoot.
United Way is sponsoring the Chamber of Commerce After Hours, said kickoff chair person Diane Tauscher. After Hours is open to community members. Refreshments will be served.
Last year Bingham County raised $100,000, Tauscher said. United Way has been in Blackfoot for about 20 years.
Money raised, "goes to agencies in Bingham County," she said.
