UPDATE 3:50 p.m.
At about 1:45 PM today Byron D. Crofts turned himself in at the Bingham County Courthouse. Crofts was questioned by detectives from the Bingham County-Blackfoot Joint Investigations Division then booked into the Bingham County Jail for the charges of Rape, Kidnapping in the First Degree, and Battery With Intent To Commit A Serious Felony.
