Approximately 20 members of St. John's Catholic Parish in Pingree spent part of Sunday preparing noodles for their annual fundraising bazaar. Parishioners have spent the last three Sundays making noodles for the event.

This year's event will be on Saturday, Dec. 1, from noon to 4 p.m.

It is a home that is short of healthy meals, clean clothes and new toys, items that the Trevizos want desperately to give to the people of the shanty town.
