In May, it was revealed Louis Kraml, administrator of Bingham Memorial Hospital, and Dan Cochran, an associate and friend of Kraml's, had formed a coding, billing company called International Consulting Services (ICS), LLC.
A contract was proposed between ICS and the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation (CHC) in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands, a U.S. territory.
At that time, Kraml's contract with BMH did not prevent him from outside contracts such as the one in Saipan. Now he must consult with board members before making outside contracts.

BLACKFOOT — An unthinkable tragedy took the lives of three Blackfoot residents on the evening of Aug. 29, 2012. Jackie Poulson (31), Lance Hicks (41) and Keith Tarpley (49) were all accidentally electrocuted when they entered into an electrically charged canal in the Groveland area, four miles northwest of Blackfoot. The incident started as an attempt to rescue Poulson's dog.
THOMAS – Because of the shootings at Newtown, Conn., this month, school safety is on everyone’s mind.
In the Snake River School District, high school assistant principal Ray Carter is in charge of school security.
“Our first priority is student and staff safety as well as safety for family, patrons and community members,” said Carter. “Students won’t be able to achieve academically without the assurance of their safety.
“I think stability with the administration and staff members really helps,” he said.
