An auction is planned today to help pay medical expenses for Daniel and Rachel Carter of Blackfoot.
Daniel suffers from primary progressive multiple sclerosis (MS).
"MS hit me about four or five years ago," he said. "Now I can't walk without a walker and am pretty well bound to this wheelchair."
Carter qualifies for Social Security disability and Medicare, however, his wife's physical needs must be paid "out of pocket."
Rachel was born with cerebral palsy and scoliosis. Her doctor has recommended surgery to help her with the scoliosis.
Two former Premier Technology employees have been charged with computer crime and will face felony charges.
Chad Ray Orr and Jeffrey Byron Schutte are accused them of accessing information on Premier's computer system for the purpose of defrauding the company.
The charge of computer crime is defined as "access or uses to defraud or obtain money or services by fraudulent pretenses."
"The damage done to our company is significant," said Doug Sayer, president of Premier Technology. "Charging them with the felony of computer crime was the right thing to do.
POCATELLO - Jocelyn Harper banged home 18 points and snagged 9 rebounds as the Snake River Lady Panthers kept their season alive with a 51-37 victory over Bear Lake on Thursday evening at Highland High School.

IDAHO FALLS — Officials with the Idaho National Laboratory announced Thursday the need to cut its workforce.
Up to 185 workers working with Battelle Energy Alliance (BEA) will lose their jobs.
The main impact of these personnel cuts will affect the administration and support of people working for BEA, said Mark Holubar, Director of Human Resources and Diversity. People working for the Idaho clean-up group with CWI and Idaho Treatment Group, will not be affected by these cuts.
