Valerie Lee Mestas, 42, of Blackfoot, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2012 at her motherâ€™s residence.
Valerie was born Nov. 1, 1969 in Tooele, Utah. to Eloy T. Alaris and JoAnn Mestas Damon. She received her education in the Boise area. In the past few years she bounced back and forth from Blackfoot to the Phoenix, Ariz. area.
In her early years she married Rick Miera: they later separated. She later met her significant other, Perry Lee Howard, and they have been together since.
Valerie was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
William Garner Warner, 75, of Blackfoot, passed away Friday, March 16, 2012 at the Bingham Memorial Hospital.
Â Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 22, 2012 at Hawker Funeral Home.Â The family will meet with friends and relatives from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at the funeral home and again for one hour prior to service.Â Interment will be in the Grove City Cemetery.

Raona Ann (Sjostrom) Kesler, 80, a resident of Gooding, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2012 at her residence in Gooding.

Ted Eric Dunbar, 44, of Blackfoot, passed away Friday, March 16, 2012 at his home.
Â Â Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S. Shilling Ave., Blackfoot.Â The family will meet with friends and relatives from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday March, 23, 2012 and again for one hour prior to service at the funeral home.

BLACKFOOT â€” Fransisco Lazalde, 86, of Idaho Falls died Sunday in a single-vehicle rollover on Interstate 15 near Blackfoot.
According to Idaho State Police reports, Lazalde was traveling northbound when his vehicle left the roadway and into the borrow pit before hitting a fallen tree, which caused his vehicle to go airborne and hit an embankment before coming to rest on its wheels in a canal. Lazalde was pronounced deceased at the scene and was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
