Snake River Panthers vs Weiser Wolverines
(Winner faces Fruitland at 3:50 p.m. Saturday for state championship)
Snake River advances to the 3A state championship game with a 56-49 win over Weiser.
The Panthers re-take the lead over Weiser, 40-35 after the third quarter.
Snake River only scores one basket in the second quarter and Weiser takes a 25-22 lead at halftime.
Snake River leads 18-15 after the first quarter.
Firth Cougars vs Cole Valley Chargers

Cole Valley sends Firth to the third place game 66-54.
IDAHO FALLS - On Thursday afternoon, Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney attended a rally at Skyline High School. A flood of Southeast Idaho residents crowded into both of Skyline's gymnasiums to see the presidential hopeful. Despite the close quarters, spirits were high. Amy Sorensen, a member of the Bingham County GOP and an attendee of the rally, was excited that a candidate visited this area. "A lot of the time we are ignored, so it is nice to have a candidate who cares about what we think," said Sorensen.
MERIDIAN – The Snake River Panthers got 16 points from senior Shane Parkinson and a double-double by Jacoby Johnson with 10 points and 10 rebounds as the Panthers advanced to the 3A state semi finals with a heart stopping 48-43 overtime victory over the Filer Wildcats.
