Unfortunately for the girls in black and their large contingent of fans, that goal failed to come to fruition as Buhl ended Snake Rivers season with a 15-8 defeat.
"We didn't play our cleanest game of the year," Snake River head coach Kay Martin said. "I don't want to take anything away from Buhl, they made the plays when they had to and we didn't but this was a very hard way to end the season."
