No one sustained injuries Friday afternoon when a pickup hauling a trailer and boat rolled on Interstate 15 about milepost 83.
The pickup was driven by a 40-year-old male. He and his wife were not injured in the accident.
The pickup with Fremont County plates was headed south on I-15. The accident occurred shortly after 4 p.m. Friday.
The trailer and boat were attached to the pickup. As the trailer and boat began to fishtail, the driver slowed down.
The momentum of the trailer and boat caused the pickup to roll.
The Idaho Attorney General's office received authority to take over a criminal investigation of Bingham Memorial Hospital on Friday.
"We will conduct a thorough and deliberate investigation," said Robert Cooper, Director of Constituent Information & Communication with the Attorney General's office.
"I understand there is a great deal of interest in Blackfoot about this investigation in Blackfoot," he said. "There is no target date.
"We expect this investigation will take weeks and months rather than a few days," Cooper said.
