Grizzlies edge out Broncos 51-48

January 5, 2013

BLACKFOOT — The darn ball just wouldn't go through the hole. Fresh off their heartbreaking road overtime loss at Madison, the Blackfoot Broncos faced off with another 5A school on Friday night and trailing by three points with thirty seconds left in the contest the Broncos got not one, not two, but five different shots at tying the ball game. Unfortunately for the Blackfoot fans on each and everyone of those attempts, the ball just would not cooperate as the Broncos fell to Skyline 51-48.
"You can't fault the looks we got," Blackfoot head coach Dan Hale said. "We had the ball in the hands of our shooters. We couldn't have asked for a whole lot more."
