FORT HALL â€” Local law enforcement officers are investigating a reported altercation that took place on the side of Interstate 15 near Fort Hall.
A passerby called 911 and reported that she saw three peopleâ€”two men and one womanâ€”in an altercation on the side of the road, Shoshone-Bannock Tribes spokesperson Randy'L Teton said.

BLACKFOOT â€“Â The BYU Ballroom Dance Company returns to Blackfoot Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the Blackfoot Performing Arts Center. This year they bring the world champion showcase Capture the Magic! to the BPAC stage.
SHELLEY â€“ A diabetes workshop is from 6:30â€”7:30 this evening at the North Bingham County District Library, 197 W. Locust St., Shelley. The workshop is free to all.
"We're going to talk about diabetesâ€”what it is, how to prevent it and tips on how to control blood sugar," said Barbara Moulton, a registered dietitian and diabetes educator.
"I've worked with Rocky Mountain Diabetes in Idaho Falls for 13 years," she said. "I love it.
"I love learning about the disease and the different tricks people can do to help themselves," Moulton said.
BLACKFOOT â€” The Gem State Clinic and Honor Band Concert begins at 7:30 this evening at the Blackfoot Performing Arts Center (BPAC).
Students auditioned to be part of the honor or clinic band.
Students from 10 of the larger schools in the area have participated in workshops throughout today in preparation for this evening's concert.
Students from Madison High School, Bonneville, Hillcrest, Idaho Falls, Skyline, Blackfoot, Pocatello, Highland, Century and Preston are participating.
