BLACKFOOT—Morning News publisher, Leonard Martin, is one of four Bingham County business people to be nominated for an Idaho State Journal (ISJ) Business Achievement Award. Martin, who has been publisher of the Morning News for the past seven years, worked as the advertising director of the Idaho State Journal in Pocatello for fourteen years prior to becoming the publisher of Blackfoot's newspaper.
