BLACKFOOT — Around 5 p.m. Thursday, officers were called as a person was leaving a residence off Rich Lane.
It was suspected the driver was intoxicated.
Sheriff officers asked the driver to pull over. She refused to pull over and continued driving through town, said Capt. Robert Sobieski with the Bingham County Sheriff's office.
Her tires were spiked and she came to a stop on Diggie Road, at the south end of Blackfoot.
The driver, Marie Sue Tracy from Fort Hall, was arrested.
