Blackfoot Police
NEEDS A SHOWER: April 13, 5:08 p.m.: A man said his nephew broke his shower and will not give him the replacement pieces for the shower.
WINDOWS SHOT: April 13, 5:36 p.m.: A caller said two windows of a business on N. Broadway St. have been shot out.
CHILD ABUSE: April 13, 8:24 p.m.: A caller said a man just punched his two-year-old daughter at Jensen Grove.
The Blackfoot Distinguished Young Woman contest is at 6:30 p.m. this Thursday at the Blackfoot Performing Arts Center (BPAC).
Tickets can be purchased at Blacker's Complete Home Furnishings, 1351 Parkway Dr., Blackfoot, or at the door. Tickets cost $7 per person.
Competing in this year's contest are 14 Blackfoot High School students.
Alice Cannon is the daughter of Chris and Corenna Cannon and will be singing “Angel By Your Side.”
Megan Moore will be performing a self choreographed dance to “Set Fire to the Rain.” Her parents are David and Trish Moore.
