Still no sign of missing Blackfoot man

January 23, 2013

The Yuma County Sheriff's Department is not ruling out that missing Blackfoot man Laurence J. "Jack" Doering, 82, may still be trying to make his way back to Blackfoot. Doering, and his wife Leah [Doering], live in Blackfoot but have been in the Yuma, Ariz., area since October.
Doering, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, has been missing since last Thursday after he got ahold of the car keys while he and his wife were getting haircuts at a shopping plaza near Yuma. Doering took off by himself in a tan/grey 2002 Chevrolet Suburban with Idaho license plates.
