Obituary
Velda Mae Blackburn, 88, of Springfield passed away Dec. 1, 2012 at Bingham Memorial Hospital in Blackfoot.
Velda was born May 7, 1924 in Moreland to Harrison McKnight and Myrtle Parker. She lived her lifetime in Bingham County, graduating from Moreland High School.Â
On Dec. 23, 1942 Velda married Quinton Blackburn in Blackfoot. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Together they had seven sons, Terrell, Brent, Kevin, Varon, Chad, Parker and Joel.
