Aneta Jensen Lawrence, 89, of Blackfoot passed away Sunday, June 3, 2012, at Bingham Memorial Skilled Nursing and Rehab surrounded by her family.
She was born June 13, 1922 in McDonaldville, the daughter of James Mathias Jensen and Ann Emily Findlay.
Aneta lived her lifetime in this area including McDonaldville, Riverside, Sterling and Blackfoot where she received her education.
Louis Fernelius Hunt, loving husband, father and grandfather passed away Monday May 28, 2012, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He was born May 15, 1929 in Evanston, Wyo., the son of Charles Thomas and Lillie Irene Fernelius Hunt. Â He was the youngest of six children (Charles Hunt, Bernice McKinnon, Afton Rex, Delma Howe and Helen Marie Champlain).
When he was 19, Louis joined the United States Navy where he served for four years as an electronics technician during the Korean War. Â
Arvilla Jean Fox 89 of Idaho Falls and formerly of Aberdeen, passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2012.
Jean was born Sept. 1, 1922, the daughter of Bert and Annie Walker of Aberdeen.
Jean married the love of her life Francis Fox on May 18, 1940. They lived happily together for 64 years raising a family of seven kids on a small farm on the edge of town.
ARZULA DELTHA MILLER ELLIS, 89, died 3 June 2012, peacefully at her home in Rigby.Â
She was the seventh of 10 children born 16 July 1922 in a 2-room log home on a farm in the Menan area, to Henry Edwin and Caroline Gneiting Miller.Â She was expected to care for her elderly grandmother and younger nieces and siblings at a young age, and learned to work on the farm thinning and harvesting crops. She graduated from schools in Menan and Midway, and enjoyed dancing to the live bands at Riverside Gardens at the beginning of the Big Band era.
Henry Glade Wilcox, born Nov. 21, 1953, age 58, of Aberdeen passed away May 27, 2012 at his home from a lengthy illness.
Henry was preceded in death by a baby sister, Beverley Ann, and his father, Arden J. Wilcox. He is survived by his mother Betty Jane, brother Nolan (Linda), sister Emma Sue, brother Forrest (Bonnie), sister Cindy Cordell, many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends, Nyle Thornley, Al Littlefield, and Doni Kirby, who loved him dearly.
Henry was a lifelong resident of Aberdeen. He graduated from Aberdeen High School, class of 72, and attended Idaho State University.
Terry Rae Flores, 66, of Blackfoot passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.
Terry was born Dec. 26, 1945 in Oceanside, Calif., to Charles Ralph Colvin and Barbara Marie Hill.Â She lived her lifetime in Blackfoot.Â
On July 8, 1962 Terry married Pedro â€śPeteâ€ť Flores in Blackfoot.Â
Terry worked with her husband at their business, Peteâ€™s Paint and Repair, for 21 years.Â In her free time she enjoyed crocheting, sewing, camping and especially being with her family.Â
She was a member of the Roman Catholic Church and had worked at Saint Vincentâ€™s.
John â€śAlanâ€ťÂ DeGiulio, 73, of Sterling passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at Bingham Memorial Hospital in Blackfoot.
He was born May 30, 1938 in Springfield, the son of Santo and Mabel Elizabeth Line DeGiulio.
Florence Condie, 91, of Blackfoot passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2012, at the Bingham Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center.Â
She was born June 26, 1920 in Swan Lake to Lewis James Petty Jr. and Edith Chella Howell.
She graduated from Downey High School.
She married George L. Condie on Oct. 29, 1942, in the Logan LDS Temple
Florence was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served for 14 years as the stake organist and served as various organizations as the pianist, organist and chorister and taught in the Relief Society.
SANTA CLARA, Utah- Christopher Jordan Chapman, age 20, died IN a tragic plane crash Saturday, May 26, 2012 in St. George, Utah. He was born June 17, 1991 in St. George, Utah, a son of Chris K. Chapman and Terry Lee Denney Chapman.
Jordan grew up in St. George, Utah. He graduated from Snow Canyon High School, then attended Dixie College, and the University of Utah. Jordan had hopes of getting a degree in Exercise & Sports Science in pursuit of a physical therapist career. He had an opportunity to work with a physical therapist for two years while in St. George.
Farrell DeVon Cammack, 69, a lifetime Blackfoot resident, passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at his home following a valiant battle with cancer .
He was born June 21, 1942 in Riverside to Wilbert and Eunice Ward Cammack.
He attended school in Blackfoot, graduating from Blackfoot High School.Â Following high school Farrell enlisted in the United States Air Force.Â He served in Vietnam and the Philippines from 1961 to 1965.
