Emma June Eaton, 59, of Moreland passed away at her home on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012.
She was born July 3, 1953 in Kremmling, Colo., to Daniel Albert Neal and Gertrude Juanita Orr.
She was raised and attended schools in Nevada.
On Nov. 16, 2007, she married Ron Eaton in Blackfoot.
Emma worked as a waitress and bartender in the Burley and Boise areas.Â She also raised horses and drove truck.
She enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding horses and watching squirrels.
Sarah F. Kohnke, 90, of Blackfoot passed away Thursday,
Sept. 6, 2012 at The Willows in Blackfoot.
Sarah was born June 22, 1922 in La Junta, Colo., to Henry Hergenrader and Anna Barbara Olhberg.Â She was raised in Fort Bent, Colo., and lived in California, Colorado, Arizona, Idaho and Kansas over the years.Â Sarah graduated from La Junta, Colo., High School and then attended business college.
On March 26, 1943 Sarah married Fred J. Kohnke in Tijuana, Mexico.Â Together they had two children, Sherwin and Elise.Â Following Fredâ€™s death Sarah lived in Arizona and Idaho.
James Clyde Lambert, 91, of Mackay passed away Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012 at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Maureen and Jeff Danielson in Idaho Falls.
â€śClydeâ€ť was born at the family home in Mackay to Ira and Leona Christensen Lambert on July 19, 1921. He grew up and attended schools in and around Mackay, graduating from Mackay High School. He spent his adolescent years working on the family farm and herding his fatherâ€™s sheep in Copper Basin.
Myrna Lee Still Devaney, 81, of Downey, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012 at her home in Downey.Â
Myrna was born on July 30, 1931 in Paxton, Neb., to Clinton Edman and Roma Wamsley Still.Â She was raised in Nebraska until she was 7 at which time her family moved to Idaho, eventually settling in Springfield where her mother worked for many years as the telephone switchboard operator.Â She attended grade school in Springfield and graduated from Aberdeen High School in 1949.Â Upon graduation she continued her education in Pocatello and earned her LPN license.Â
Dwight L. Bingham, 93, of Blackfoot passed away Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012 at The Willows in Blackfoot from causes incident to age.
He was born Nov. 21, 1918 in Rockford, I the son of Lorin Bingham and Edna Pearl Murdock.
Â Dwight graduated from Moreland High School.
He served in the Army Air Corps in communications during World War II where he was stationed in Alentian Islands.
On Sept. 23, 1941, he married LaVerda Walton in the Logan LDS Temple.
Joan Berntson Pilkington passed away Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012 at the Promontory Point Rehabilitation Center in Idaho Falls surrounded by her family.Â
Joan was born into the loving home of Russell and Clara Berntson on May 17, 1929 in Logan, Utah.Â Â The third of four daughters, she grew up in a home surrounded by aunts, uncles, and cousins and filled with laughter and love.Â Â She attended Logan schools, graduating from Logan High School in 1947 and going on to attend Utah State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1951.
David Alec Paulk- beloved husband of Sandra Wride Moser Paulk, passed away Monday, Aug. 27, 2012, due to health issues with his wife at his side.
He was quietly laid to rest Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012, at the Moreland Cemetery.
Dave was born in Wewoka, Okla., on Dec 12, 1930.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Callie and Charles Paulk, 5 sisters and 1 brother. He has one living sister in Texas.
He has 7 children, David Gregory, Mathew Lance, JeriAn Callie, Alex Cherokee, Darby, Caleb David and 6 step-children, Kelsey Moon, Kendell, Kurtis, Kristie, Kash and Krachele.
Jose R. Olmos, 76, of Firth, passed away Monday, September 3, 2012 at the Bingham County Skilled Nursing and Rehab in Blackfoot.
He was born July 15, 1936 in Aguas Calientes, Zacatecas, Mexico to Juan Olmos and Nicolasa Ibarra.
Jose was raised in Mexico and then moved to Blackfoot in 1971 with his family.Â He eventually moved to Firth where he was living at the time of his death.
On August 13, 1976, he married Acension Hernandez in Rigby, Idaho.Â She preceded him in death on December 10, 2000.
He was a member of the Catholic Church.
Darrell J. Leavitt, 86

Darrell J. Leavitt, 86, passed away peacefully Sept. 8, 2012 in Blackfoot surrounded by family.Â Â
Darrell was born June 10, 1926 to George and Lillie Lowe Leavitt in Moreland.Â His family moved to a ranch on the Barton Flat above Mackay when he was four years old.Â Darrell graduated from Mackay High School in 1944 and spent most of the rest of his life in the ranching business.
Richard â€śDickâ€ť Brower, 86, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away Thursday, August 30, 2012
at the VA Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.
