Norris Daniel Randolph, 62, of Blackfoot, Idaho, passed away peacefully at his home on October 10, 2014.
Norris was born on December 13, 1951, in Anoka, Minnesota, to Robert Randolph and Ethel Tedman Randolph. At an early age, Norris left home and traveled to California where he enlisted in the United States Navy. Following his service, Norris moved to Idaho where he graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
Myrtle Ellen Jepson, 93, our precious mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, went home to her Savior on October 8, 2014, surrounded by her family.Â She was born on August 22, 1921, in Marriott, Utah, to Joseph Henry and Martha Ritchie Gooch. She grew up in Marriott, Utah, and Riverside, Idaho. She was the youngest of 6 children, 3 boys and 3 girls, all deceased.
Engelbert 'Bert' Wolfgang Schroeder, 80
Engelbert Wolfgang Schroeder "Bert," age 80 was born Oct. 21, 1933 in Rockford, Idaho. He passed away Oct. 2, 2014 at Renown Medical Center in Reno, Nev.
He was raised and graduated high school in Blackfoot Idaho. He was a longtime farmer who began farming in Taber, Idaho and eventually moved his family to Winnemucca, Nev. in 1977 to farm. He later was a heavy equipment operator for Hunewill Construction.
In 1958 he married Janet Bergeman from Pingree, Idaho and they celebrated their 56th anniversary this year.
Dora Anderson Pratt Barnes, 88, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, October 4, 2014,Â after courageously battling cancer and a stroke.Â
She was born in Jamestown, Idaho,Â on July 23, 1926 to Terrence Christian and Cora Harker Anderson.Â During childhood the family moved several times, eventually ending up in Blackfoot.
Ileen Fried, 67
One of earthâ€™s most beautiful souls left to start a journey in the heavens as our angel. Before she left she planted seeds that have grown into the most beautiful flowers. These flowers blossomed into wonderful children, and deeply rooted friendships.
On Oct. 2, 2014, Ileen Fried, 67, passed away surrounded by loved ones.
Roscoe E. â€śBudâ€ť McMullin, 91, died of natural causes on Sept. 27, 2014.Â
He was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho in 1923. He married F. Yvonne Poulsen in 1943 who preceded him in death in 2007.
Bud is survived by his daughter, Sandra van der Meer of Spokane, Wash. and son Brent (and Betty) McMullin of Oregon City, Oregon, 4 grandchildren, 2 great- grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.Â
The upheaval of World War I had created gloom over the country but on June 4, 1918, in a little home in Basalt, Idaho, True Frances Hanny presented herself as a bright spot in the lives of her parents, Albert Franklin Hanny and Nellie Florence Dye.
Soon after her birth the family moved to Firth where True was fortunate to spend the remaining 96 years of her life. On Sept. 30, 2014 True left this life to join those of her family who have gone on before her.
Â Lynden Vance Erickson, 41, of Idaho Falls, passed away Oct. 1, 2014.
Â Lynden was born April 11, 1973, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Victor Otto Erickson and Betty Jean Schley Erickson. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls, and graduated from Skyline High School. He also attended Ricks College where he received his Associateâ€™s Degree.
On Oct. 24, 1997, he married Sarah Jo in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.Â To this union were born three daughters, Hannah, Hallee, and Harper. Lynden and Sarah made their home in Idaho Falls. Lynden worked for Bingham Memorial Hospital in Blackfoot.Â
Larry Thomas Brown, 72, passed away at his home on Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014 in Blackfoot, Idaho due to complications following cancer..
Larry was born on Sept. 19, 1942 in Blackfoot, ID to his parents, Earl and Ethel Brown. He received his high school diploma while serving his country in the U.S. Navy.Â
He married Della Pyper in 1960. Together they had three children; they later divorced. He married Carol Anderson and together had two children; they later divorced. He married Faye Davis in 1983 and divorced in 2013.Â
Braden Stanton Rock, 15, of Wake Forest, passed away on Monday Sept. 29, 2014, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on his way to school after leaving a church-sponsored youth scripture study group he attended daily.
He was born in Bingham County, Idaho, and was currently a sophomore at Heritage High School.Â Braden was a very driven young man. With him, it was go hard or go home.Â A straight-A student, he was a perfectionist by nature, and he loved to go the extra mile and do whatever it took to stand out and make sure his work was the best it could possibly be.Â Â
