Roxie Dolores Willey Chapman, 78, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away Saturday, March 8, 2014 at her home.
She was born April 10, 1935 in American Falls, Idaho, the daughter of Elden Willey and Dolores Kidd Willey.
Roxie was a cheerleader while attending school in Aberdeen and graduated from Aberdeen High School.
On Nov. 24, 1954 she married Lional â€śDeeâ€ť Chapman in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in various callings and was a faithful visiting teacher.
Eileen Marie Gaven Abend, 88, of Blackfoot, Idaho, passed away Monday, March 3, 2014 at Vi Silverstone Care Center, Scottsdale, Ariz..
Eileen was born on October 11, 1925 in Toledo, Ohio to Thomas and Freda Aydon Gavin. Her father was a salesman, so in her early years the family moved often, eventually settling in New Jersey where she graduated from Teaneck High School.
She and her husband Hal met at a USO dance in New York City in 1944. They were marred in Rockledge, Fla., July 29, 1945, where he was stationed as a US Navy pilot.
Sara Jo Hammond, 36, passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at her home in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Sara was born in Blackfoot, Idaho on Sept. 8, 1977, and graduated from Blackfoot High School in 1995. She worked in hotel management in Salt Lake City since moving from Idaho.
Sara was loved and cherished by many because of her beautiful soul and fighting spirit which she displayed so eloquently when she was recovering from being badly injured by a driver while walking in downtown Salt Lake many years ago.
Cheri Lynn Conilogue, 62, died on March 1, 2014 from complications relating to a brain tumor.
Cheri was born in Cheyenne, Wyo. on Jan, 29, 1952, to Jean Conilogue of Jasper, Ala., and Earle Conilogue, of Niwot, Colo.
Ted B. Bingham, 51, devoted husband and father, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2014 at his home in Blackfoot, Idaho after a hard-fought war with cancer. He was happy to have his loved ones surrounding him before he passed away.Â
He was born February 6, 1963, in Blackfoot, Idaho, to Don J. and Ida Pearl Bingham, the seventh of eight children.Â
He married his best friend and eternal sweetheart, Kindra, in July 1984 in the Idaho Falls, Idaho Temple. Ted and Kindra are thrilled to be the parents of five fantastic sons, who are the great joys of their life.Â
J. Carl James, 89, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014 from natural causes.
Carl was born April 5, 1924 in Provo, Utah, to Ferris and Vera James. Carl grew up on and around Muddy Ranch near Park Valley, Utah.Â He attended high school in Brigham City, and received a Masterâ€™s Degree from Utah State University in Logan. While there, he met Joyce Hendrickson, and they were married in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple on June 30, 1948.
Margaret Jean Gardner, 89, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at The Willows in Blackfoot.
She was born Feb. 5, 1925 in San Diego, Calif., the daughter of Harvey Franklin Aiman and Mattie Kearney Aiman.
She attended school in Jackson Hole, Wyo. and Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. She played on the softball team and was valedictorian.
Jean lived most of her life in Idaho Falls, but spent time in San Diego, Calif. and Jackson Hole, Wyo.Â
Jack Le Roy Seiber, 22, of Idaho Falls, passed away Feb. 27, 2014, from injuries sustained in a tragic car accident near Price, Utah.
Jack was born Nov. 16, 1991, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Everett Franklin Seiber and Shawn Kimbrough Seiber. He grew up and attended schools in Blackfoot and graduated from Blackfoot High School. He was on the debate team and with the math group. He also attended Cameron University in Oklahoma.
Jack was a soldier in the United States Army, with the rank of specialist. He served in the United Arab Emirates and at Fort Sill, Okla.
Stella Louise Butler Webb, 94, of Idaho Falls and formerly of Blackfoot, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at her home at Mt. Vernon Assisted Living Center.
Stella was born Oct. 18, 1919, in Basalt, Idaho, to George Franklin Butler and Lydia Ethel Martin Butler. She grew up in Goshen and attended school through the eighth grade.

She was born June 13, 1924 in Idaho Falls, to John Thomas and Edna Estella Bradley Jones.Â She attended school in Blackfoot.
On June 7, 1944 she married Phillip Sinclair Harward, in Annapolis, Maryland.Â As Phillip was in the Navy, they had the opportunity to travel and live in different places.
