Jane Lucille Pack Lundberg, the angel that Heaven lent to us for 74 years, peacefully returned to the Savior’s arms on Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. She was a humble, noble and loving soul— she was simply “awesome, awesome.”

Joan Marie George, 65, formerly of Idaho Falls and Pingree, died at her home on Aug. 14, 2010, in Lincoln, Missouri.

Thelda Van Orden, 90, of Pingree, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2010, at the Willows Assisted Living Center.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010, at the Pingree 1st Ward LDS Chapel, with Bishop Val Carter conducting.
The family will meet with friends and relatives from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 29, 2010, at Hawker Funeral Home, 132 South Shilling Avenue in Blackfoot and for one hour prior to services at the church. Interment will follow at the Riverside-Thomas Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at condolences@hawkerfuneralhome.com.
Nettie Lavon Hastings, 94, of Basalt, passed away Oct. 26, 2010, at her home.
Funeral services will be 11a.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010, at the Firth LDS Stake Center (823 North 675 East) in Basalt.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 9:30-10:40 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Goshen Cemetery under the direction of Nalder Funeral Home (110 West Oak) in Shelley. Condolences can be sent to the family at www.nalderfuneralhome.com.
SILVERDALE, Wash. — Ruth P. Todd, 77, of Silverdale died Friday, Oct. 22, 2010, at Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton surrounded by her beloved family.
Ruth was an avid gardner who enjoyed spending time with her family.

FORT HALL – Our Dad, Brother, Uncle, and Friend, Cyrus Lionel Preacher, 45, returned home to the Creator on Oct. 24, 2010, as a result of a sudden illness in Pocatello.
On Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2010, at 10 a.m., Cyrus will be taken to his residence on “D” Street and West Agency Road, Fort Hall, where he will remain for viewing until traditional burial services on Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010, at the Cedars Cemetery at 2 p.m.
All arrangements are under the care of Cyrus’s family and with the assistance of Bannock Pride.
Raymond Spencer, a 74-year-old Blackfoot resident, died Monday, Oct. 25, 2010, in Blackfoot from natural causes. Arrangements will be announced by the Hawker Funeral Home.

Juanita Gladys Reynwald Gruvman, 96, of Blackfoot, passed away Oct. 24, 2010, at her daughter’s home.
Gladys was born Nov. 1, 1913, in Idaho Falls to John Henry Reynwald and Juanita Sarah Reed Reynwald. She attended schools in New Sweden and Dewey.
She married Anton Ivan Gruvman on Aug, 10, 1932, in Logan, Utah. Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on May 26, 1942. They lived in Idaho Falls; Sloat, Calif.; Vallejo, Calif.; and Pocatello. Gladys worked at the Westbank Motel and Roger Brothers Potatoes. Ivan preceded her in death on March 26, 1983.
Carl Andrew Johannesen, 90, of Blackfoot passed away at his home Friday, Oct. 22, 2010, from causes incident to age.
He was born Nov. 7, 1919, to Julius Andrew and Mary Elizabeth Rice Johannesen in Rupert. He passed away on Oct. 22, 2010, just a few weeks short of his 91st birthday.
He spent most of his younger years in the Idaho Falls area, graduating from Ririe High School and the University of Idaho.Â
