BLACKFOOT — The Blackfoot Broncos and the Bonneville Bees combined for 46 runs, 49 hits and well over five hours of baseball on Tuesday evening and at the end of the marathon day on the diamond, the two teams split the double header, with Bonneville winning 9-7 in game one and Blackfoot rebounding for a 19-11 win in the nightcap.
"Whenever you see Bonneville on the schedule it just sort of amps everything up," Blackfoot head coach Jeff Katseanes said. "To pick up a split is huge. Both teams are very good and I have to say, I like the way that our team are playing."
