"In the break before the overtime the kids were just all keyed up telling each other to go out and get the win and get out of here," Blackfoot head coach Dan Hale said. "They came out and did what they did all night by playing tough defense, rebounding and hit a couple of big shots. They really gutted it out and this is a very good win for us."

Shelley outguns Bonneville 61-47

January 21, 2012

SHELLEY — For a game that Shelley coach Dave Hadley called a "polar opposite" of the first meeting with Bonneville, the Russets got the similar result they were looking for.
Shelley beat Bonneville 61-47 Friday after taking down the Bees by eight in December.
"In the first meeting, we got off to a great start offensively," Hadley said. "And Jared Stutzman had what? 29, 30 points against us."
It was a different story this time around.
