Another plea agreement reached in BHS case
BLACKFOOT — Another plea agreement has been reached between the Bingham County Prosecutors Office and one of five former Blackfoot High School athletes facing various misdemeanor charges.
Logan Chidester pleaded guilty Wednesday to two counts of misdemeanor disturbing the peace. Chidester was scheduled to begin trial next week on six charges of false imprisonment and two charges of battery, all misdemeanors.
The plea agreement is the same as the one accepted by Nathan Walker last week. Both are scheduled to be sentenced March 25.
The defendants faced various misdemeanor charges stemming from incidents that occurred during the 2009-2010 basketball season at Blackfoot High School.
