BLACKFOOT — Employee representatives of Blackfoot's Basic American Foods plant and manager Brent Higginson presented a check for $11,500 to the Community Dinner Table on Wednesday.
That donation, and an announcement there's a possibility the organization will soon have a building of its own for storage were the highlights of its recognition dinner.
"You do the right things for the right reasons," Bingham County commissioner Ladd Carter told those assembled.
"Thank your for everything you're doing," said Higginson, who said the company encourages its employees to be a part of their communities.
