Becky Darla Freeman, 47, of Blackfoot passed away July 15, 2011, at the Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello.
She was born Nov. 6, 1963, in Pocatello the daughter of Raymond Thorpe and Gloria Hencley Reed.
Becky attended school in Blackfoot.
She lived in Wapello during her childhood years. She then moved to Blackfoot,Goshen and Riverside and moved back to Blackfoot for the remainder of her life.
Becky worked at Basic American foods as an operator and supervisor for 23 years.
She enjoyed camping, drives, spending time with her family and dressing up for Halloween which was her favorite Holiday.
She is survived by her daughter, Cheileigh Ricks of Pocatello; her son, Elijah Nolan Freeman, who is serving an LDS Church mission in Suriname, West Indies; brothers, Raymond (Peggy)Thorpe III of Firth and Dennis( Becky) Thorpe of Riverside; sisters, Debbie Rupe of Mount Dora, Florida, and Jacklynn (Lane) Marley of Pocatello.
Becky was preceded in death by her parents and son, Jason Adam Freeman.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 20, 2011, at the Hawker Funeral Home, 132 South Shilling, Blackfoot.
Burial will follow at the Goshen Cemetery.
Family will meet with friends on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Hawker Funeral and one hour prior to the services.
