Christmas Tree Fantasy auction tonight

Morning News — Leslie Mielke Angela Clark stands by the Christmas Tree Fantasy tree she and Britney Clark decorated. This is a memorial tree to honor Greg "Slim" Smith who invested much of his time and money into the Christmas Tree Fantasy.

he tree auction at the Christmas Tree Fantasy begins tonight at 7 p.m. at the Needlecraft building on the Eastern Idaho State Fairgrounds.
Registration for the auction begins at 6:30 p.m. Hors d'Ouerves will be served.
Nearly 50 items will be auctioned this evening. There are three memorial trees and one memorial wreath up for auction.
The tree decorated in honor of Greg "Slim" Smith was decorated by Angela and Britney Clark. The tree memorializing Dave Adams was decorated by Erin Davis and Vanae Turner for Milestone. The tree honoring Nick Detwiler was decorated by Kenneth and Patricia Detwiler.
The wreath was decorated by Cerise Prudhomme of the Southeastern idaho Developmental Center.
The Fantasy is open to the public 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today and also on Friday. On Saturday, the Fantasy is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
