BLACKFOOT — Thirty acts took to the stage Friday night in front of a few hundred people to compete in Bingham's Got Talent and to raise money for the American Cancer Society.
The second annual event was organized by the "Angels Among Us" Relay for Life team. All the funds raised will benefit the American Cancer Society. Last year, more than $3,600 was raised at the event.
Acts included dancers, singers, musicians and a cowboy poet. Performers were divided into two categories—those under 14 and those older than 14.
Each were competing for the top prize—$100—and the award of People's Choice, which was determined by how many $1 votes each act collected from the audience.
Thirteen acts were under the age of 14 including young dancers, talented singers and musicians. A cheer and tumbling group also performed.
Official results were unavailable at press time. Read Monday's Morning News for a list of winners.
