David Alan Neff, 33, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away Saturday, April 19, 2014 from injuries due to a 4-wheeler accident.
David was born to Karen Evelyn Neff on Feb. 26, 1981 in Blackfoot, Idaho. He was raised in Blackfoot and graduated from Blackfoot High School.
He worked for Boise Cascade.Â In his free time he enjoyed camping, floating the river, riding his 4-wheeler, snow-machining, and spending time with his family and friends.Â He loved working on the farm with his Grandpa Neff, until his grandpa retired from farming.
David was a member of the Emanuel Lutheran Church.
David is survived by his parents, Karen and Lyle Martin of Blackfoot, Idaho; sisters, Loretta (Ren) Stephenson, Angela Martin, Genia (Jason) Cole, Cindy (Mark) Lach, all of Blackfoot, Idaho and Lisa (Balaji) Chanamolu of India; grandmother, Evelyn Neff of Blackfoot; 14 nieces and nephews; and four great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Neff and Ennis and Dorothy Martin of Blackfoot, Idaho; and his cousin, James â€śWillyâ€ť Neff.Â
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at the Emanuel Lutheran Church, 1110 Parkway Drive in Blackfoot. Family will meet with fiends from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Hawker Funeral Home, 132 South Shilling Ave in Blackfoot and for one hour prior to services at the church.Â
