GOP picnic draws interested community members

Morning News — Leslie Mielke Flipping hamburgers and hot dogs at the Republican picnic on Wednesday at Jensen Grove in Blackfoot are Craig Rowland, Bingham County sheriff candidate; Bob Butler, former Bingham County Republican chairman and Bingham County commissioner Ladd Carter.

Bingham County Republicans had a picnic at Jensen Grove in Blackfoot Wednesday evening.
"People who we haven't seen before are here," said Dan Cravens, District 31 Legislative Central Committee Chairman. "We registered some people to vote and we gained some new volunteers."
Charlie Kay, the one-man band, and Jareth Sampson of Bearded Glory provided the entertainment.
People took advantage of a cake walk. The hypnotist show, "Two Bro Hypno Show," also performed.
