Patricia Rathbun, 66, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away Monday, September 30, 2013 at Bingham Memorial Hospital in Blackfoot.
Patricia was born January 9, 1947 in Bremerton, Washington to Jack Arthur Emmerson and Vera Fay Stubbs.Â She was raised in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1965.Â
On December 5, 1970 Patricia married Logan Rathbun in Idaho Falls, Idaho.Â The lived in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Auburn and Cle Elum Washington, Burley and Blackfoot Idaho.
She was an active member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahâ€™s Witnesses.Â
Patricia worked at Simplot, Walmart, as a pharmacy technician, a house cleaner and at a fabric shop.Â In her free time she enjoyed cross stitching with her one arm and was an excellent seamstress, making her clothes, curtains and upholstery.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Logan of Blackfoot, Idaho; step mother, Ethel Emmerson of Idaho Falls, Idaho; brothers, John Emmerson of Blackfoot and Jay Emmerson of Idaho Falls; and step brothers, Nathan Hemperly of Pocatello, Scott Hemprely of Arizona and Rick Hemperly of Idaho Falls.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jerry Emmerson; and step brother, Steve Hemperly.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovahâ€™s Witnesses, 1535 Highland Drive in Blackfoot.Â Family is under the care of Hawker Funeral Home.Â Condolences may be sent to email@example.com.
