Blackfoot Police

WELFARE CHECK: March 6, 11:35 a.m.: A caller requested to have an officer check on a woman who is sitting out in the cold and may possibly be homeless.

FOOTPRINTS: March 7, 9:16 a.m.: A woman said there are some suspicious footprints outside her window and she is concerned because she believes she is being stalked.

BURGLARY: March 7, 10:02 a.m.: A caller at El Vaquero reported that the back door to the business was open and there is money missing.

WRITING ON THE POLE: March 7, 3 p.m.: A caller reported a stop sign pole that has been written on with marker at W. Center St. and Lansing St.

SILENT HARRASSMENT: March 7, 7:52 p.m.: A woman said she has been getting several calls from someone who doesn't say anything.

BATTERY: March 7, 4:49 p.m.: A caller said a seven-year-old has been the victim of a battery. They said he has a bruise on his shin and a scratch and this has been an ongoing occurrence for several years.

BIKE THEFT: March 8, 9:43 a.m.: A caller reported the theft of a bike that happened sometime during the night.

WELFARE CHECK: March 8, 1:34 p.m.: A caller requested to have someone check on an elderly woman laying on the steps at the Post Office.

DIRTY VIDEO: March 9, 10:09 a.m.: A man said he was in court and someone left a dirty video under his wiper while he was in there.

STRANGE STUDY: March 9, 11:23 a.m.: A caller at the Blackfoot Fire Department said there is a male walking around the building telling people he is doing a study. The caller said they are concerned the male is under the influence of something and said he is now heading towards the DI and carrying a jug of some sort.

WHAT'S THAT CLICKING?: March 10, 3:33 a.m.: A woman said she can hear movement behind her apartment complex. She said it sounds like a strange clicking.

TOO LOUD: March 10, 9:35 p.m.: A caller said the noise at the El Centenario is extremely loud and is rattling the windows of their residence.

IRATE CUSTOMER: March 11, 11:19 a.m.: A caller at First Choice Urgent Care said a man became irate and punched items in the business before he left because they would not prescribe him any medications.

MISSING PERSON: March 12, 8:03 a.m.: A woman said her boyfriend has been missing since last night. She said she got home and there were several small drops of blood on the floor. She said she cleaned up the blood so her kids wouldn't see it and her boyfriend hasn't answered the phone.
