BLACKFOOT â€” The Blackfoot Ladies Golf Association is sponsoring a Relay for Life Golf Tournament June 15 to raise funds for the American Cancer Society.
The tournament will begin at 6 p.m. at the Blackfoot City Golf Course. The cost is $100 per four-person team, which includes green fees and dinner. Cart rental is a separate cost.
Teams are encouraged to register in advance and space is limited to the first eight teams. To register call the Blackfoot CIty Golf Course at 785-9960.
All proceeds will go towards Relay for Life.
Additional fundraisers will occur this weekend and next week. There will be a garage sale Saturday from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. at Exchange Services, 580 Jensen Grove Dr. in Blackfoot. The garage sale is sponsored by the First American Title Team.
The Survivor Dinner will be June 14 at 5:30 p.m. at the Arts & Crafts Building at the Eastern Idaho State Fairgrounds. On the Spot Cleaning and Restoration is the sponsor.
The Carson & Barnes Circus will be June 15 with showtimes at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Ten percent of the profits will be donated to Relay for Life. Advance tickets are available at Short Stop and Bank of Commerce. The circus is sponsored by the Soroptimists.
On June 17-18, A&W will donate 10 percent of their sales to Relay for Life. Sinclair will also be giving away car washes on those dates with a donation.
Bingham County Relay for Life will be June 17-18 at the Blackfoot High School track.
