Snake River Orchestra concert is Thursday

The spring concert of the Snake River Community Orchestra begins at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Snake River High Auditorium.
The orchestra features well loved music by composers including Bach and Strauss.
The concert is called "Timeless Favorites."
Admission is free. (Donations are welcome and gladly accepted.) For the last number of the evening, the orchestra will combine with the Snake River High School band and Community Choir to perform Irving Berlin's "America."
Linnea Hammond conducts the Community Orchestra. Randy Brady directs the high school band and Tiniel Williams directs the Community Choir.
Featured vocalists in the opera section are Samantha Parkins and Tiniel Williams. Featured violinists are Andrea Nielsen and Stephanie Henderson.
