Snake River to present 'The Secret Garden'

Fourth grader Lyndsie Larsen is the lead character, Mary. She is in almost every scene and is doing a marvelous job.
Her mom said, "She loves everything about the stage."
The cast was selected in April.
Playing other lead roles are:
° Nathan Brady as Archibald Craven,
° Sean Grayson as Dr. Neville Craven,
° Janalyce Turpin as Lily,
° Savannah Williams as Rose,
° Cooper Brady as Albert and
° Carson Hawker as Colin.
Laurie Grayson is the director.
Costume mistress Anne Grayson has been working six months on the costumes.
"I used illustrations from Arthur Rackham's books to inspire me, especially for the fairies' costumes," Grayson said.
Marsha Norman wrote the book and lyrics. Music is by Lucy Simon. The musical is produced by special arrangement with Samuel French of New York. The musical is based on the novel, "The Secret Garden."
