Gregory Bryce Carmichael, 61, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away Monday, November 18, 2013 at Bingham Memorial Hospital.
He was born November 18, 1952 in Blackfoot, Idaho to Walter Bryce and Martha Katseanes Carmichael.
Greg graduated from Blackfoot High School.
On July 11, 1987 he married Terry Esther Spidell in Blackfoot. He spent his lifetime in Blackfoot and worked for many years for Triple K Farms as a fertilizer spreader and custom hay.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and tried golf once. He enjoyed spending time with the gang at the Colonial Inn.
He is survived by his wife, Terry of Blackfoot; children, Ameda (Nate) Wadsworth of Blackfoot, Rob (Susan) Carmichael of Blackfoot and Kamile Carmichael and Andrew Meikle of Salt Lake City, UT; his mother and father-in-law, Shirley and Sam Cucchiara; sister, Nikki (Art) Kracraft of St., George, UT; sister-in-law, Vera (Dean) Hallan of Idaho Falls; six grandchildren, Seqcora, A.J., John, Zaquiri, Kolbe, and Conner.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and three lifelong best friends, Mike Hammond, Gary Katseanes and Steve Ciccone.
A gathering of friends will be held 6-8:00 p.m. Friday, November 22, 2013 at Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S. Shilling Ave., Blackfoot, Idaho. There will be a celebration of life at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoon, November 23, 2013 at the Colonial Inn.
